When can I move in?

If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs. You can rent anytime if you rent a unit from our website, or you can rent a unit at our office during normal business hours. However, either way you will have to come to the office to get your gate code.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 10-day notice before you move out.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

We require an identification number from a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport) to help identify you if you need our assistance.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we rent on a month-to-month basis.

How do I make a payment?

You can pay in person, mail a check or money order, set up auto pay with a credit/debit card, set up bank draft through your bank account, or make a payment through our website. Kiosk available for payments 24 hours/day.

When are payments due?

Your move-in month’s rent is pro-rated and future payments are due the first of each month. Move-out rent is not pro-rated; if you are in your unit on the first of the month, you pay the entire month’s rent.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Checks, money orders, VISA, and MasterCard.

Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

No, but we do sell locks in our office.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?

You can either use our Storage Calculator or Size Guide on our website or call our staff for assistance.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, motorized vehicles of any kind, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

No, once you have received your gate code you may enter during normal access hours.

Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

Some locations have trollies. However, call ahead to confirm we have some available at your location!

Do you require insurance?

Yes, we do require insurance which you can purchase through us or you can bring proof of home owners or rental insurance to be placed in your unit.
